Refund policy

At Dunes & Dew, we maintain the highest standards of quality. Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However, in exceptional cases outlined below, we will assist you:


1. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, please inform us within 2 days of delivery by emailing customercare@dunesanddew.com

Images and videos of the product and packaging are mandatory for verification by our Quality Control team.

Refunds or replacements will be processed only after successful verification by our team.


2. Unopened Products

If you wish to return an unopened shipping box (outer carton not opened), you may request a return within 2 days of delivery.

Please note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Once the shipping box is opened, products are not eligible for return, except in the case of damage or incorrect item as per point 1.


3. Non-Returnable Products

Opened, used, or partially used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.


4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product passes our verification, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If the return does not meet the above conditions, the product will be sent back to you without refund.
